Jordan began studying music with Vibe Performing Arts at the young age of 7. Throughout her training, she competed in the Lakehead Festival of Music and the Arts for 11 years, as well as completing her vocal and theory examinations with Conservatory Canada. In doing so, Jordan developed a strong proficiency across numerous musical genres.

Along with her musical training, Jordan began dancing with Studio One Dance at the age of 4, where she continued her studies for over 10 years. Jordan competed in a number of styles, including tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and musical theatre. In addition to competition dancing, Jordan successfully completed her British Association for Teachers of Dance (BATD) examinations in tap, jazz and ballet. Her extensive dance training is still prevalent in her artistic pursuits today, making her a true triple threat.

Furthermore, Jordan has been an active member of the theatre community in Thunder Bay since the age of 7, first taking the stage in Annie Jr. with Paramount Live, playing the role of Ms. Hannigan, which she would eventually reprise a whole decade later. Since then, Jordan has had the opportunity to work with numerous local theatre companies including Applauze Productions (Mean Girls 2023), Vibe Performing Arts (Aladdin 2016) (The Lion King 2017), and the Saint Ignatius High School Drama Program (High School Musical Jr. 2023). However, All the Daze Productions has acted as Jordan’s home base for most of her theatrical pursuits over the last 6 years, where she most recently took part in Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey), Into The Woods (Little Red Riding Hood), and Annie Jr. (Ms. Hannigan).

In addition to her own theatrical endeavours, All The Daze Productions has recently provided Jordan with the opportunity to take part in the directorial side of things, allowing her to act as the music director for The Lion King Jr. (2023) and, most recently, Oz (2024) this past June. Jordan also acted as the music director for the 2023 Saint Ignatius High School Senior Drama class production of High School Musical Jr.

Jordan’s extensive musical training with Vibe Performing Arts has earned her plenty of awards and accolades, including the 2022 Lakehead Festival of Music and the Arts Airth Bowl, Applauze productions Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Pop Vocal Achievement Awards, Conservatory Canada Medal of Excellence for receiving the highest vocal examination mark in the province for her Voice 2 Examination, Provincial Music Festival recommendations, numerous gold medals at the Lakehead Festival, and the highest overall mark in the 2023 Lakehead Festival of Music and the Arts for her jazz performance of “New York State of Mind”.

This fall, Jordan is entering her second year at Lakehead University in the Concurrent Education program (Honours Bachelor of Arts English), in hopes of someday going on to become a high school English teacher.

Jordan eagerly anticipates returning to Vibe Performing Arts this year and embarking on the exciting new adventure of teaching.
